Responsibilities:
 Conduct legal due diligence on investment deals, transactions and structures;
 Handle general corporate and commercial legal matters, such as JV projects, Merger & Acquisition deals, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, regulatory compliance and related matters;
 Provide general legal advice to the Company, ensure all complies with all relevant legislation, rules and regulations;
 Oversee, draft and review all legal and corporate documents and commercial contract;
 Prepare legal related documentation of the Company's business units and obtain the relevant internal approvals;
 Anticipate, analyze and advise on the legal impact of new business initiatives and development of the Company.
 
Requirements:
 A qualified lawyer with 8 years (or above) PQE, preferably with working experience gained from investment bank, private equity or related financial institution;
 Experience in legal due diligence on international investment deals, transactions and structures; Experience in setting up onshore and offshore fund structures is a plus;
 Familiar with Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance, Takeover Code and other compliance requirements with excellent knowledge in contract law, business law, finance law;
 Excellent communication and writing skills with fluency in English; Mandarin is certainly a plus;
 A smart professional caliber, excellent drafting skills and communication skills, good project management, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines;
 Willing to travel.
